Dear beloved community, I hope you will join me on Monday July 27 at 6:30 PT for a special Spirit Rock ONLINE Monday Night Meditation and Dharma Talk celebrating Sylvia Boorstein’s 90th birthday.

For decades, Sylvia has been a beloved teacher, author, friend, and guiding presence within the Spirit Rock community. On this joyful evening, Sylvia and Jack Kornfield will come together for meditation and a live Dharma conversation reflecting on practice, friendship, compassion, aging, and awakening. The evening will include guided meditation, community gathering, birthday treats during the break, and time for shared reflection and celebration.

The Spirit Rock Monday Night sitting group is an opportunity to come together as a community to hear contemporary teachings inspired by the Buddhist tradition and to cultivate the mindfulness and compassion that are the heart of Insight Meditation. This online event is a way to stay connected to one another and to support our practice.
