I welcome you to pause from the momentum of your busy week to take a moment to check back in with your breath, body, and heart.

In this guided meditation, I invite you to come home to the breath—not as something to control or perfect, but as a sacred reminder of the miracle of your aliveness.

We sit quietly together, like a king or queen on their throne—rooted to the earth, open to the sky, with a sense of dignity and grace. The art of being aware of the breath is the art of reconnecting with your body—this movement of life.

With eyes gently closed, we return to the simplicity and beauty of the present moment. The breath rises and falls, moving like a soft wind through the body, reminding us of the mystery and miracle of being alive.
